I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time or returning after a break, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
I offer in-person appointments in Missoula as well as secure telehealth services for individuals throughout Montana, making therapy accessible wherever you are in the state.
I work with individuals experiencing a variety of concerns, including:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Trauma and PTSD
Depression and low mood
Grief and loss
Life transitions and adjustment
Relationship challenges
Stress and burnout
Self-esteem and identity concerns
ADHD-related challenges
I do not provide ADHD evaluations or diagnostic assessments, but can help individuals develop practical strategies and skills to manage symptoms.
Every person's story is different. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that reflects your goals, builds on your strengths, and helps you move toward the life you want to create.

No two people share the exact same story, which is why I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Every individual brings a unique set of experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals into the therapy space.
Our work together begins with a thorough assessment, where I'll take the time to understand your concerns, history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we'll develop a treatment plan collaboratively, ensuring your goals remain at the center of our work.

Rather than relying on a single therapy model, I take an integrative approach by drawing from evidence-based practices that best fit your needs. This allows me to tailor therapy to you while remaining flexible as your goals and needs evolve.
I use the following evidence-based practices:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Builds skills for emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and healthy relationships.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helps you develop psychological flexibility and move toward a life guided by your values.
Motivational Interviewing (MI): Supports exploring ambivalence and strengthening motivation for meaningful change.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Emphasizes your strengths, existing resources, and practical solutions to help you make meaningful progress toward your goals.
